Katherine Quach has been engaged with Seaside Sustainability since 2021, beginning as an intern and steadily advancing to the roles of advisor and board member. Her journey within the organization reflects her strong commitment to sustainability, youth leadership, and community engagement. Katherine has contributed to multiple initiatives during her time at Seaside, supporting both program development and organizational growth, while bringing fresh ideas and a collaborative spirit to every project. Outside of Seaside, she works full-time as a consultant, partnering with a wide range of organizations as a strategist. In this role, she applies her skills in problem-solving, organizational development, and strategic planning to help teams achieve impact and growth. Katherine is passionate about using her professional expertise to strengthen Seaside’s mission, empowering young leaders and advancing innovative approaches to environmental stewardship. She is dedicated to fostering meaningful change at the intersection of sustainability, education, and community action.
