My name is Melissa, though I also go by Mel, and I am originally from Los Angeles, currently living in Denver. I am finishing my master’s in Engineering, Sustainability, and Health at the University of San Diego, where my coursework has focused on food systems and supply chains. I am especially interested in how these systems can be improved to be more sustainable, efficient, and equitable.
